Just got done reading a great book by Beth Finke: Long Time, No See. It’s about a women who goes blind from diabetes when she was 25. This was about 20 years ago. It was particularly interesting for me since I got diabetes in 1995. She is also married to a guy I think I knew at Spyglass in the mid 1990’s. Her narration on the challenges she faces are riveting.
I highly recommend the book!
