No Cash, No Problem
What did we do before there was a common US currency? Well, the cities, regions and states each had their own money. But before that we traded and bartered for things. In this tough economy, barter is back. I just did an interview for Crains Chicago Business where I talk about all my bartering exploits including: food, massage, rugs, chairs….



Good timing on this report, as I was thinking about this myself. beyond the valuation of services, I wonder what kind of tax implications there are, especially in tax-heavy Cook County, IL!
