I had a good chuckle when a columnist in the Chicago SunTimes out the banking situation in perspective. What if you had a business where people lined up to give you money? What if people were putting up collateral that’s worth more than double the loans you gave them? Think you could make it a success or would you want the government to come in and bail you out?
After the government bail out to the banks, the finance qualifications are stricter now. It is harder to get loans now. The large corporations and banking industries needing help are getting it. It does not trickle down to help the people or small business.
