New analysis by John Zenger and Joseph Folkman suggests that women are better bosses because of their “collaborative leadership and relationship-building” styles. The research suggests that the only thing holding women back from being CEO at your company is their desire to pursue it. While 36% of men want to be CEO, only 18% of women want that job. So does this mean as Sheryl Sandberg says that women need to “lean in”?
