A recognized industry leader, Anna is frequently consulted about business and technology trends by parties as diverse as the Italian Trade Commission and the Canadian Department of Economic Development. She graduated magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Lawrence University with a B.A. in Slavic languages and literature, and earned an M.A. in Russian literature and history from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She has been actively involved in the development and application of learning technologies for nearly 20 years, having gotten her start at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA) in the group that produced Telnet, Spyglass, and Netscape.
