Rick is my business mentor.  He brings me back into the sailboat when I fall overboard and lose my way.

He has over 35 years of experience in retail and consumer products, specifically in product design, marketing, merchandising, and all forms of domestic and international distribution, particularly to the mass market.  Rick also has hands-on knowledge of product development and manufacturing in the Far East.  Rick has had leadership positions in a number of companies involved in the creation and distribution of consumer products including electronic educational toys, consumer electronics and software. He was involved in the launching of Cabbage Patch Dolls, was a partner in a toy company sold to a public company, and served as President of VTech Industries CEO of Digital Innovations.

Rick has been inducted into the Entrepreneurship Hall Of Fame and has been nominated for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He has served on the Board of Directors for VTech Industries, Digital Innovations, G.P. Toys, Neuros Technology, the Toy Manufactures of America and the Midwest Toy Association. He has served on the Board of Advisors of Leap Frog Enterprises and Raceline Motor Works.

Mr. Mazursky was also President of PDQ Mazoo, a product realization company. The company provided its clients consulting services as well as product services from creation through manufacturing.   Rick is currently the Co-Founder of The Executives Profit, an executive coaching firm. He is also an Entrepreneur in Residence at The RPX Group.

When designing a product line, Rick always tells me that whatever we sell has to “look like they all got dressed in the same room.”
