As the Founder of Bamboo, an experiential brand and innovation boutique, Tracy leads a multi-disciplinarian team in facilitating strategic planning, brand identity development, ideation and activation for a diverse client base of Fortune 100 companies and entrepreneurial start-ups. Just recently passing the “5 years old” mark, Bamboo has offices in Chicago and Tokyo, fueling the team’s passion for cultural immersion and fresh perspectives.
Prior to launching Bamboo, Tracy launched and built the strategic planning arm for a $150MM integrated marketing services agency, along with stops in media, promotions and sports management. Her expertise lies in new product concepting and brand creation, with specific attention to the strategies that grow strong company buy-in by considering stakeholders inside and out. She has won several awards for her grassroots launches and speaks at universities, business schools and national conferences on Bamboo’s unique philosophy.
