A week ago, I tested for my 3rd Karate belt at my dojo, Thousand Waves/. Yellow belt was alot tougher than Blue Belt. My wife never thinks I will survive these things since I am usually 20 years older than anyone else. But, somehow, I typically make it through thanks to my teachers, Kyoshi Nancy and Sensei Sarah and alot of ice pads afterwards. I am so lucky to be part of this organization.
