Exxon Mobil giving me money? Now that’s not even a good scam!

I received an email today that went:

Dear Barry:

Exxon Mobil Oil And Gas Company, Congratulate you as a beneficiary of Exxon this year Exxon Mobil Endowment Fund and you are expected to contact the officer in charge with the information below ..”

Now come on- this is even a believable phishing letter. That someone left me money from Nigeria makes alot more sense than an oil company giving away any of their profits!

How gullable do these people think we are. Nobody gives money away without something in return. Another day another scam in my opinion.
