Segment 2: Lior Rachmany, an Israeli by birth, first arrived in New York in 1998, with the hopes and dreams of making it in the music industry. Upon his arrival, though, to make some money, he began serving as a moving man for one of his now competitors during the day and rehearsing his music at night. After eight years of this grind, Rachmany saw an opportunity to channel his creativity from music into his “day job” and decided to build out his own moving company launching Dumbo Moving + Storage in January 2007.
