Today he has over 15 restaurants across the country and is opening more in 2018 in Tampa, Detroit, and D.C., among others. Additionally, he owns Fabio Viviani Wine Collection and a seafood delivery service called Lobster by Fabio. He has also authored four cookbooks, including New York Times Best-Seller Fabio’s Italian Kitchen. Outside of the kitchen, Viviani launched DOPPLE in May 2018, an app where people can record video answers to questions from their followers.
