Segment 3: Adam Olalde is the CEO and Founder of Xtreme Xperience. After graduating from Miami University in ’07, Adam Olade headed back to Chicago to pursue a sales job at Cintas. After a few more small sales jobs, he met a young guy who was interested in starting a luxury car rental and concierge business to service the Chicago market. A widely popular idea in LA, NY, Miami, etc. he figured, ‘why not’, quit his 9-5 and went to sell customers on the idea of renting or being driven in a wide variety of luxury cars like Rolls Royce, Range Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Cadillac and even some sports cars like Corvette and Lamborghini.
