They were listed in the prestigious Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to work for in the UK in six of his seven years as CEO and also won a host of other local business awards. Unfortunately, Thane had to step down from his CEO role in 2021 due to an unexpected health condition. He used that time to publish his first novel “The Buddhist CEO.”
