Small business owners are sometime fearful of how they will start a meeting to get people comfortable with each other. Stop telling jokes and use these are 3 ideas:
1. Mingle and Shake: People shake hands with the first 3 people they meet in the group. {eople high five the next 5 people they meet, People fist bump the next three. and so on.
2. Tagged. People put there name and their favorite tag line (besides the company) on their name badge. People mingle to talk about why they picked that tag line. Can be fun later in the meeting as a call back.
3. Speaking in Tongues: People pair up. One introduces themselves in a made up language. The other has to “translate” in English based on the person’s body movements and facial expressions.
