I spoke today at the Lead America Conference for high school students. LeadAmerica is one of the nation’s premier leadership education organization. It was challenging and educational making a presentation to 14- 17 year olds who are interested in business and entrepreneurship, but I think they got it. Many of the issues like balancing your personal and family life don’t yet apply to them. Nonetheless. the questions from the students were very perceptive and thought provoking.
