I traveled to San Antonio today to speak at entrepreneurship education conference hosted by the Consortium for Entrepreneurship Education . It was a wonderful conference with over 300 people from all over the country whose sole mission is to teach students and adults entrepreneurship. It is always so reassuring to me to see so many groups out there supporting the cause. I’m one of those that the believes that through a mentor ship, entrepreneurship can be taught.
Being in San Antonio, I also got the opportunity to visit the Alamo. The legends surrounding this great battle have always fascinated me — especially the ones involving Davy Crockett and Jim Bowie. I enjoyed a history lesson today and of course it always remembered the great cry of “ Remember the Alamo“.
