I am stickler for great customer service. On Saturday night, we tried to go to one of my family’s favorite restaurant’s, Flat Top Grill but there was no room. My youngest son was most upset. We went there last night. When we ordered our food, they told us they were out of the Indian pita bread my son loves so much. He was very upset. Erin, our server and the manager took action. They called another one of their restaurant locations and sent over the pita bread in a taxi. Now that is great customer service. I went from being a disapointed customer to an ectactic one.

I am usually so disappointed by poor service. Erin at Flat Top Grill proved it is still out there!
