American Express Offers Amazing Service – It’s not too often that I have an amazing customer service experience with a large financial company. Mostly, I get the run around and have to call multiple times to get what I need. It can be very frustrating.
This is why when I have a great experience I need to write about it. I was trying to get a $333 Rewards Coupon that had got lost in the mail. I called American Express to locate it and Sandra at AMEX said:
AMEX: “We are sorry”
Me: Thank you.
AMEX: “Can we just subtract the $333 from your account balance?”
Me: Well, yes.
AMEX: ” Can we give you another $100 off your account balance for your trouble?”
Me: Well, yes (I was in shock)
AMEX: “Anything else we can help you with?”
Me: Thank you. I guess membership really does have it privileges!
Thank you American Express! Every company should be as easy to deal with as you!
