Customer service is the first thing that should kick in when things go wrong for your customer. This is when it really gets noticed. How does your company react when things get bad? Keep your attitude and spirit high because the customer will be disappointed and maybe angry. They don’t want to see your frustration or bad attitude- it ain’t your turn!
Remember, you don’t have to make it right. Most times you just can’t or its above your pay grade. The customer just wants you to listen to them and understand their pain. Start here and the rest will go much easier.
