The Ladders is a fairly new job site for executives is a place where the job listings are free and the job seekers pay $25 a month to receive screened job offers. The company will do about $10M this year.
I especially like the part of the site where people list if they have committed one of the 7 deadly sins of interviewing…you know like envy, sloth and greed!
