I am traveling to New York City today to meet with one of my clients and then attend their holiday party. But, New York Metro Transportation was scheduled to go on strike today (all buses and trains) which could make getting into New York difficult.
Should such necessary workers be able to strike? The law says no but I have always supported the right of workers to do this as a necessary capitalistic bargaining too. How else can the worker cause pain to the employer?
