I am amazed by good service. I needed some more "Get Crazy" buttons and I had forgot who made them since the last time I bought them was 2004. I did a search of my e-mail and found out that I had bought the buttons from Rachel at ButtonStar. I immediately dialed her number to get more buttons. Guess who answered? Rachel. It seemed like no time had passed at all and for the last few years she was sitting by the phone just waiting for my order. Now that is not only good service that is magical service!

Is is amazing Barry that we can look at great examples of excellent customer service. It’s too bad that we can be so surprised by it, and yet for those that provide it like Rachel, it pays off in great dividends.
I know if I need “Get Crazy” buttons I’ll know who I’ll call!
