Not too many decisions people make surprise me in business although it is always fun and interesting. Two things however through me for a loop:
1. I finished a taxi ride from the airport and the driver refused a tip. He said that "doing a great job was tip enough"
2. My wife had her wisdom teeth removed on Monday. The doctor gave us an estimate for his services. After the procedure, when it came time to pay, the doctor told her that "the procedure was less difficult than he had estimated and the bill would be 20% less".
Wow! Would you have done either of these?
