When I receive great customer service, I need to shout about it. Recently, we had the inside of our house painted. Kevin Mullins and his crew did an amazing job. Not just on painting, but painting inside our house. Why was it amazing?
1. He was always on time
2. He always told us what was coming the next day- ie where he would be working, how dusty it would be, etc
3. Even when my wife did not like the shade of the paint, he repainted.
4. He committed to moving a piece of furniture at no charge. Even when it became much more of a hassle (2 hours worth) then he had bargained for, he completed the job without complaints and still at no charge.
It doesn’t take much to provide excellent customer service and it goes oh such a long way.
