I travel to LA every month for a client. I have had the worst time with rental car company poor service at Orange County Airport. I haved tried Thrifty and Hertz. In the last few months I hit upon Enterprise who in the last few months provided excellent service until today. I waited a long time in line and then there was a glitch with my reservation. I had to wait longer. But, they did the right thing. Stephanie took control of the situation, apologized and gave me the biggest car upgrade they could (A big Jeep commander)!
When things go bad..this is the moment to let true customer service shine..if you remedy a problem with a customer, you buy even more loyalty.
