Last week, I was in Portland, presenting to Capital One and some of their small business customers. Capital One held this summit to solicit feedback from their customers one how they were doing and how they could help small business owners better. After I did my presentation, I sat through a few of the feedback sessions. I was reminded yet again how much courage it takes to ask your clients, "How are we doing?" It takes alot of guts to hear the good and the bad and to act on it. I was impressed that a large company like Capital One solicited this type of feedback.
