I always marvel how what people sell changes with the economic times. I recently received an email from a very large law firm on how to cut your workforce without getting sued by your employees!

They state what they will cover in the roundtable (although the say it in more harmless words) is:

1. Laying the foundation for mass layoffs

2. Selecting the people

3. Utilizing releases to minimize liability

4. Communicating to who is left

Even law firms have to sell to clients’ pain….
