While here in Melbourne, I heard Professor Alan Gibbs speak from the University of Durham. He said that Entrpreneurs are dynamic learners…they have a "experimentally based heuristic" for learning.
I agree. Seems like the only way we learn is to go out and try it, over and over again, every which way until we get it right. We need to be fast learners regardless of the success or failure of the specific event. This can be a brutal way to do business, but effective in the long run!
