I have written many times before about the poor customer service at my past health insurance company, Healthnet. It has been so bad, I call them Hellnet. I have even filed petitions for help from state agencies so I can get my claims paid. But, now comes along a good story about their customer service. I have been trying to get a claim settled for 6 months. I inquired about it for the 5th time and the customer service rep at Healthnet said she would get back to me. They always say this but never get back. To my surprise, she called back today with a resolution.
Crazy customer service can start with one person who cares enough to make a difference!
