It is amazing what you find while reviewing your bills. Recently while reviewing my MCI bill I came across a 99 cent charge for "Paper Billing Fee". Now I did not even know I could get the bill electronically in my email (if I could find it in all the spam), but now I need to pay 99 cents to MCI for the "privilege" of them sending me a bill in the mail? What is next? They will probably charge me to process my paper check!
