Business is basically only about two thing: First, it’s about people. We do business with other people not their products or services. We need to other good people for our company so we can grow it. Without people, we have no customers and no team. Second, its cash flow, stupid. It’s not about the profit at the bottom on your income statement. It’s about the cash in your bank account. You can’t run your business with profits, only cash. Learn to understand the cash flow statement.
