Sage North American surveyed their small business customers on how the economy and government is affecting their businesses.

Not surprisingly, only 7% thought the government was doing enough to help their business.  16% did say they had benefited from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.  Most agreed that the part of the government’s plan that will be most helpful is the $33B tax incentive program of the Small Business Jobs Act.  The least helpful?  The $30B lending fund which has seen little trickle down to small business owners.
