Fast Company had some interesting things to say about Starbucks in their review of the book, Starbucked by Taylor Clark.
“The average customer spends $4.05 per visit for coffee. The average fast food restaurant customer spends $4.34 for the entire meal.”
The company spends mroe for health insurance than coffee beans.
In another part of the magazine, they says that drink options are so elaborate…that Startbucks issues a set of dice to memorize orders!
