This is the reply I received after contacting T-Mobile, my cellular company:

"Thank you for contacting T-Mobile via email. We apologize, we are experiencing high volumes and we may not be able to respond to you within our current 4 day response time. Please reference case number XXXX in the event you need to update your request."

First, their acceptable time to get back to me is 4 days? and they can’t do that?
