This is the reply I received after contacting T-Mobile, my cellular company:
"Thank you for contacting T-Mobile via email. We apologize, we are experiencing high volumes and we may not be able to respond to you within our current 4 day response time. Please reference case number XXXX in the event you need to update your request."
First, their acceptable time to get back to me is 4 days? and they can’t do that?
Barry–I recently emailed TMo and got the same response. Talk about off-putting. The four days part is bad, but that’d be an easier pill to swallow if they at least made any sort of commitment to it, rather than tossing in that “may not” shenanigans.
