I was in Phoenix at Thunderbird on Friday and Saturday to judge the final round of the Innovation Challenge. It is a competition of 321 teams from 83 universities in 19 countries who vie for the title of the most innovative MBA team in the world. They spend two days solving Fortune 500 company problems (this year, USPS and Hilton Hotels) and present innovative ideas to judges and executives. This was my second year as a finals judge and it was crazier than ever. There were alot of ideas that simply blew me away. My congratulations goes out to Vanderbilt University for winning and for Anil Rathi of Idea Crossing for organizing such an important event!
