I love Cabela’s, the camping, hunting, fishing catalog and retail business. Today, I love them a little more. I buy a few things from them a year. There quality and service are always excellent. I don’t care if I pay a bit more for what I buy.
Today, I received a bound version (like a book) of their new catalog. More amazingly, there was a certificate (suitable for framing) in the book that said to "The World’s Foremost Customer"…in appreciation of my patronage, a limited edition catalog as a special gift and tribute…" A tribute to me, yes!
Now that is customer service!
