I just finished writing 2000 words a the chapter of my new book about how important humility is to gain true business confidence and your brand of success. I then receive this email today:
"Barry, I purchased your audio book, "You Need to be a Little Crazy…" It is of no value to me, maybe others thought that your rambling rhetorical statements without any substance is helpful. I do not. I would like to get a refund and mail the 3 CD set back to you.Please advise your procedure. Thank you. "
Fortunately, after selling tens of thousands of copies of the book and audio, I do not get too many of these. But when they come, they whack you in the side of the head. Instant Humility!
