Dana from a conferencing company approached me at a recent speaking engagement. She said “I had to meet you, you have done something no one has ever done…I cold called you and RETURNED MY CALL and told me that you were not interested. No one ever does that!”
I am always proud that I try answer every phone call and email contact with a yes, no or maybe. I think it is important in building our own brand and network that we always reply to people. I even wrote an article on this “This is Barry Moltz Returning Your Call”.
