Just saw a few of those posters that I hate in an office today that are suppose to motivate employees:
“Resolve to succeed. The greatest discovery one can make is that nothing is impossible.” and
“Our goal is simple..to help you reach yours”
This motivates no one and in my opinion is a bunch of garbage. Driving for success is so much deeper and more individual than “slogans for the masses”. Motivational phrases and beautiful photography does not get you closer to that goal. I think that any employer that displays these signs makes a mistake with their employees.
