Today, on the radio show we take on a subject that is scary to many people. No, not health care. It’s a new Windows operating system. Windows 7 is set to release this month and with what happened with Vista, we are all a bit scared. I don’t run Vista on any of my 4 windows computers at home. It got so bad that for a time, Dell was offering Windows XP instead of Vista on their new models at a premium.

But the reviews out for Windows 7 have been much better this time. But is it good for small business? Does it makes sense to migrate? When? I interviewd:

Sandrine Skinner is Director of Product Management in the Windows Client Product Marketing Group at Microsoft.

Ramon Ray is the editor of Smallbiztechnology.com and author of Technology Solutions for Growing Businesses.

Carl Mazzanti, CEO of eMazzanti, one of Microsoft’s Top VARs- Check out his intro video about his company! It’s a find example of how video can be used everywhere.

Ken Coburn, Founder of Data Doctors, who is seen often on CNN.

Some of the topics we discussed:

1. Is it really as good as I’m hearing it is? Is it better than Vista?
2. Should businesses upgrade?
3. Are some businesses in a position to not make upgrading a priority?
4. Is the upgrade process easy or difficult?
5. Can my current computer run Windows 7 or should I upgrade?
