I presented tonight to my fellow alumni (Class of 1986) at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. It was yet another snowy night in Chicago. Many if those that attended has already read the book and came anyway :-)
Alot of nodding heads as people recounted their entreprenuerial journey during the question and answer part of the presentation. One person even told about how they had mortgaged their parents’ house to start their business. Talk about courage? Talk about pressure!
One person had just quit her job the day before to start her business. One guy was deciding if he should make the leap. Another had run a business for 20 years and ranted on about how the book speaks the “truth”.
