Well, as Steinbeck said, “the best laid plans of mice and men…”.
The first two stops of the tour were snowed out today. Wayne State in Detroit and Company of Friends/ MI-SBTDC in Ann Arbor were canceled for tomorrow because bad weather is coming their way. We have rescheduled for February 24th.
All packed and dressed up with nowhere to go. Guess I’ll have to wait until Wednesday and drive to Muncie, IN to speak at Ball State. The good news is that I can now take the trip with my friend, Beth Finke, Author of “Long Time, No See” (which I highly recommend) who is also speaking at Ball State on Thursday. Should make an interesting road trip: Beth, me and her seeing eye dog, Hanni!
