Sometimes, with all the travel, I begin to wonder why I do what I do. Why do I travel around this world speaking at 100 engagements a year and spending so much time on the road away from my family?

It becomes clear to me on days like this where after a speaking sessions, I woman comes up to me and begins to cry. She tells me that I have truly inspired her. She felt so alone in running her business all these years until she heard me talk. She tells me that I am the "soul of the entrepreneur". She thanks me for making a difference in her life. Now I begin to have tears in my eyes.
