Arrived late to get my flight this morning. The United Airline person at the counter could see I was in a rush and said “I know you are in a rush, but that will not rush me”. He then promptly left the counter. Talk about poor customer service!
We were number 1 for takeoff with the engines roaring. Then the pilot shut them down. Not a good sign. All traffic was stopped due to snow into Chicago. The good news? During the two hour ground delay, the pilot gave us a tour of the cockpit and now I am really scared to fly!
