The Chicago Tribune reported this morning that the CIA is finally getting smart. They are using that little blue pill, Viagra to win the favor of local tribal leaders in Afghanistan. The article reports that the CIA has long used “bribes” of money, weapons, tools and medical supplies. But in many cases, these fall into the “wrong hands”. Enter sex as an ancient motivator. It seems that the “Soviet spy service was notorious for using attractive women as bait when seeking to turn foreign diplomats into informants…The KGB has always used ‘honey traps,’ and it works”.
Somehow, it does not surprise me that the little blue pill works its magic in fighting the war in Afghanistan.
