I was in Nashville Monday to present at a Value Added Agriculture Conference. These are farmer entrepreneurs and associated agencies helping them to expand their core business by developing other products they can offer. I love talking to farmers because they are really the orginal American entrepreneurs. I have always said that the book I want to write after this next one should be on rural entrepreneurs!

I couldn’t agree with your comment more on farmers being the original entrepreneurs.

One of my favorite writers from a while back is Louis Bromfield who wrote about it so passionatly.
