I have been a huge Cubs fan over the past 25 years since I love close to the ball park. With the Cubs winning the division, John McDonough, President of the team was interviewed about how strong the brand is in the Chicago Tribune despite so many things:

"We have not won a World Series in almost 100 years. There is no place to park [at the ballpark]. We play primarily during the day. All our games are on TV and radio. And you can’t get in."

Boy, do I wish people would do business with me despite these types of disadvantages!
